When understanding is no longer enough.

You keep working, caring for others and functioning — even when underneath there is exhaustion, anxiety or emptiness.

You notice irritability, constant tension, difficulty resting or a feeling that your body never fully relaxes.

You have gone through major changes: burnout, relocation, divorce, chronic stress or emotional overload.

You are not looking for quick promises of healing. You want to better understand what is happening and gradually rebuild inner stability.

The goal is not to “fix” you.

Instead of endless analysis, we explore how stress and tension show up through the body, emotions and everyday patterns.

Depending on your situation, we may use mind–body approaches, nervous system awareness, self-regulation practices and reflective work.

The aim is not to become an ideal version of yourself, but to experience more clarity, stability and support within your real life.

My background includes years of experience in IT and living in high-pressure environments, as well as a long-standing interest in how stress, emotional strain and the nervous system influence a person’s ability to maintain stability and resilience.

I am currently continuing education in mind–body approaches, nervous system awareness and somatic practices.

Individual 60-minute sessions are €42. If helpful, we can also discuss a package of multiple sessions at a reduced rate.
